Dr. Bell has been practicing comprehensive, conservative dentistry since 1997 and brings decades of experience, clinical judgment, and patient trust to Linrose Dental. A graduate of the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific, he has built his career on integrity-driven care, thoughtful treatment planning, and a commitment to long-term oral health.
Before establishing Linrose Dental, Dr. Bell co-founded and practiced for many years at Bell Family Dentistry, where he earned a strong reputation for precision, honesty, and steady leadership. Linrose Dental represents the continuation of that same standard of care — now serving families throughout Saratoga Springs and Utah County.
Dr. Bell provides a full spectrum of dental services so families can receive comprehensive treatment in one trusted location. From preventive care and fillings to crowns, wisdom tooth extractions, dental implants, and full-mouth reconstruction, he is committed to offering advanced treatment options without unnecessary referrals whenever possible.
He completed advanced surgical and restorative training at the Resnik Implant Institute, receiving in-depth education in implant placement, bone grafting principles, prosthetic design, and comprehensive case planning. This training allows him to manage complex implant and reconstruction cases with precision and long-term stability in mind.
Dr. Bell is also certified in the FDA-cleared LANAP (Laser-Assisted New Attachment Procedure) and utilizes the PerioLase laser system to provide a minimally invasive treatment option for moderate to advanced periodontal disease. LANAP is designed to stimulate regeneration of bone and connective tissue attachment while reducing discomfort, bleeding, and recovery time compared to traditional gum surgery.
While highly trained in advanced procedures, patients most often comment on his calm demeanor, clear communication, and genuine kindness. He takes time to explain treatment options thoroughly and ensures every patient feels informed, respected, and comfortable throughout their care.
