Amanda co-founded Bell Family Dentistry in 1997 and later co-founded Linrose Dental, where she serves as Practice Administrator and operational leader. She played an integral role in the development, design, and construction of the Linrose Dental facility, helping build a modern, systems-driven practice designed for efficiency, scalability, and patient comfort.

With over 20 years of experience in dental operations, Amanda oversees insurance systems, revenue cycle management, human resources, compliance, and financial workflows to ensure the business side of the practice runs seamlessly. She has spoken at Henry Schein One’s Thrive Live Convention and is a strong advocate for Dentrix Ascend. She also helps answer questions for new and prospective Dentrix Ascend practices.

Amanda ensures insurance accuracy, transparent financial communication, and that every child leaves with the best prize after their visit. As a proud member of the autistic community, she brings empathy, inclusion, and intentional leadership into every aspect of the practice.

Sabrina serves as Linrose Dental’s Insurance Coordinator and brings over eight years of experience from Bell Family Dentistry. She specializes in insurance verification, claims processing, and helping patients understand and maximize their benefits. Known for her focus and persistence, Sabrina works diligently to reduce billing surprises and ensure financial clarity. As someone on the autism spectrum, she brings strong pattern recognition and precision to her role while providing thoughtful, steady communication for patients.

Sadie is a part-time receptionist at Linrose Dental, welcoming patients and assisting with check-in to help appointments begin smoothly. As someone on the autism spectrum, she brings thoughtful intention to her role and has worked hard to develop strong communication skills that help patients feel acknowledged and comfortable. An artist who loves bright colors and draws inspiration from Japanese pop culture, Sadie adds warmth and creativity to the front office environment.
